  5. Add the tomatoes and continue stirring then cover and let the tomatoes to cook til soft
  6. Once the tomatoes are soft add 1teaspon of tomato paste and corriander leaves and mix well
  7. Add the spices which are :royco,salt,beefmasala,blackpeper,tumeric,jumbo and stir everything well and nice
  8. Add the fried sliced potatoes and mix well and slowly
  9. Lastly squeeze lemon and give a quick mix and cover to cook for 3-5minute
