- For Noodles….Take a Pan..Add water and few drops of oil and pinch of salt..Boil the water and Add noodles and boil noodles
- When the noodles r cooked 90% remove them and strain them and keep them aside in a plate….
- Now take a pan..Add oil and heat the oil, Add garlic.saute well…Add spring onion and Add Salt, Blackpepper..mix all well
- Now add sauces,, Add tomato ketcup and green chilli sauce…mix all well
- Then add noodles and add vinegar and mix well and toss well…cook for 2 minutes

- Take a bowl,, Add chicken pieces and add maida, salt,blackpepper and mix all well and fry them in oil

- Add Capsicum and onions and stir well
- Add red chilli sauce and green chiili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce and tonato ketcup and mix well

- Now add the fried chicken..mix all well and Add cornflour slurry into chicken m cook well
- Chicken gravy will get thick..Turn off the flame
- Add spring onions over them
