The ingredients needed to cook Kellaj:
- Use 500 g phyllo dough sheets
- Use For filling:
- Use 4 cups milk
- Use 2 cups semolina
- Get 2 cups sugar

- Prepare 1 tablespoon rosewater

Steps to make Kellaj:
