  2. Get 1 Large Carrot (chopped into small cubes)
  3. Take 10 Green Chillies (Sliced)

  5. Prepare 12 Tsp Mustard seeds
  6. Provide 3 Dried Red Chillies (cut into halves)
  7. Prepare 12 Tsp Turmeric powder

  9. Provide 14 Tsp Asafoetida powder

  1. To a heating pan add oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds start to pop, add red chillies and fry it lightly.
  2. Add chopped raddish, carrot and green chillies to the pan. Mix it well. Cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, asafoetida powder, sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix it well and cook for another one minute.
