- Prepare 1 box Philadelphia cream cheese
- Get 25 grams Unsalted butter
- Prepare 100 ml Sour cream (or heavy cream)
- You need 1 Lemon juice (if using heavy cream)
- Take 50 grams Sugar
- Use 1 Whole egg
- Provide 1 Egg yolk
- Use 8 grams Corn starch
- Prepare 1 dash Vanilla oil (or vanilla essence)
