  1. Use 150 grams ◎Cake flour
  2. Provide 50 grams ◎Bread (strong) flour (or cake flour)
  3. Take 4 grams ◎Baking powder

  8. You need 100 ml Vegetable oil

  1. Combine the ◎ ingredients and sift twice. Finely chop the apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir and set aside. Place muffin cups in the muffin pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and mix.
