Instructions to make Rainbow Chana Chaat:
- Divide the boiled chana into 4 equal parts i.e 1⁄2 cup each. For the 1st part in a bowl take beetroot juice & add 1⁄2 cup chana to it. Give it a mix & let it soak for 30 minutes. This will give pink colour.
- In another bowl take 1⁄2 cup boiled chana & add 4 tbsp black tea, jeera powder, chaat masala & amchur & soaked in it for 30 minutes. This will give dark brown colour.
- In another bowl take 1⁄2 cup boiled chana. Add spinach puree & green colour. Let it soak for 30 minutes & we will get our green chana. The other leftover 1⁄2 cup we will use as it is.
- In a bowl add chana, boiled potatoes, chopped mint & Coriander, salt, chaat masala, red chilli, pepper, jeera powder, lemon juice & some imli gur chutney. Give it all a mix. Sprinkle some chilli flakes & green chutney. Our colorful Rainbow Chaat is ready.
