The ingredients needed to make Crispy Chocolate Cookies:
  1. Use 40 grams Margarine
  2. Take 40 grams Vegetable oil
  3. You need 50 grams White sugar
  4. Prepare 150 grams Cake flour
  5. Take 15 grams Cocoa powder
  6. Provide 40 grams Chocolate bar
Steps to make Crispy Chocolate Cookies:
  1. Chop the chocolate bar. Add margarine, vegetable oil, and white sugar into a bowl, then mix well with a whisk until the mixture becomes white and smooth.
  2. Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder into the Step 1 bowl. Blend in with your hands. Bring them together in one. It's a crumbly dough, so it doesn't have to be a complete ball. Do not knead the dough.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate, and lightly mix so that everything is well blended. The dough is ready. It's ok that the dough is crumbly like this illustrated in the picture.
  4. Preheat the oven for 160℃. Squeeze the Step 3 dough together using your hands, press onto the parchment paper lined baking pan, and form into shapes by flattening (keep spaces in between the cookies.) I made 23 4 cm diameter cookies.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 160℃ for 23 minutes. Each oven is different, so check on your cookies periodically. When they're done baking, remove form the oven, and let it cool on a rack. The crispy cookies are done.
