- In a cooking pot, heat ghee and add the bay leaves and the caraway seeds.

- Saute them all for half a minute and then add the sliced onions.
- After the onions are done, add the apple cubes now along with all the spices like cumin powder, pav bhaji masala, chilli flakes, dry mango powder and the garam masala. Cover and cook for 10 -12 minutes.
- Saute them all until nicely incorporated and then add the cooked rice to it.
- Mix it well and adjust the salt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with boiled eggs.
