  1. Take Crock Pot Chicken
  2. Prepare boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 4 breasts (2 lbs)
  3. Get salt and pepper to taste

  6. Get ketchup
  7. Provide low sodium soy sauce
  8. Provide diced onion
  9. Get vegetable oil or olive oil
