- Use Corn on the cobs
- You need Salt or to taste
- Prepare Red Chilli powder
- You need Chat Masala

Instructions to make Masala Corn:
- Boil Corns in enough water with little Salt until done. Keep them aside.
- Heat Butter on a low heat. Place the boiled Corns on the tawa. Add Red Chilli powder, Lemon juice and Chat Masala. Saute them until well coated and slightly browned on all the sides. Keep turning them and remember to do it on a low heat only.
