- Take pressure cooker add onion, ginger garlic paste and ghee and fry till light golden brown.
- Add chicken and slightly fry.
- Add tomatoes and all spices and mix well.
- Cover the cooker with a lid for 5 minutes and the flame is low. After 5 minutes remove the tomato skin.
- Add water and cook for 10 minutes. because Desi Chicken is till bit hard.
- Check it after 10 minutes, the chicken will become soft add green chilli and water will dry and you can see the Ghee in it. Chicken transfer the Karahi.
