- Get 4-5 Baby Potato, (Aloo), half boiled (halves)

- You need 1 tsp aamchur powder
- Take 1 tsp red chili powder
- Use 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1⁄2 tsp garam masala
- Provide to taste Salt
Steps to make Tawa Veg:
- Wash the Vegetables and keep aside.
- Take a nonstick pan heat on add, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns roast on low flame for 3-4 minutes and then grind it keep aside.
- Slit the bhindi and karela & prick baby potatoes and arbi.
- Take a nonstick Tawa add 1 tbsp mustard oil add onion saute for 1 minutes add tomato and green chilli & ginger + Garlic paste & roasted spices powder stir well. Sprinkle coriender leaves.
- Add salt, aamchur powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each the vegetables with this stuffing and place on the same tawa. Potato and arbi coat nicely into the mixture, drizzle 1 tbsp oil.
- Cook on medium flame stir fry 10-12 minutes until crisp.
- Serve with chapati.
