- Prepare [Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce] or just use store bought
- Prepare 40 g Red Chillies (blend)
- Take 20 g Garlic (blend)
- Provide 20 g Shallots (blend)
- Get 1⁄2 cup Sugar
- Provide 1⁄4 Vinegar
- You need 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- Provide [Thickener] - mix well
- Get 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- You need 2 Tbsp Water

- MARINADE: marinate the Chicken in Egg, Wgite Pepper and Fish Saice for 30 minutes or more
