  5. Take 12 cup teriyaki sauce
  6. Get 2 cup prepared stuffing mix

  2. Add squash, mushrooms and onion to large skillet.

  6. Cut bacon into small pieces.
  7. Add bacon, stuffing mix and squash mixture into large bowl. Mix well.
  8. Add 12 cup parmesan. Mix well.
  9. Put mixture into a 8x9 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  10. Dust the top of mixture with bread crumbs and 14 cup parmesan cheese. Add a dash of parsley for color. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
