  13. Use grated cheese cube
  14. You need FOR MARINATION:- 3 tablespoons fresh curd
  15. Prepare gramflour
  16. Get ginger garlic paste
  17. You need Salt
  18. Provide red chilli powder
  19. Get coriander powder
  20. Prepare garam masala powder
  21. Use turmeric powder
  22. Prepare roasted cumin powder
  23. Take mango powder
  24. Take bread slice breadcrumbs
  25. Get cooking oil
  26. Prepare FOR GARNISHING:- Cilantro for garnishing
  27. You need grated cheese cube
Instructions to make Stuffed Mushrooms:
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil  saute onion for minute on high flame.
  2. Add capsicum and mushrooms stem and saute for minute on low flame.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder, saute for minute on low flame.
  4. Add coriander leaves and grated cheese keep mixing and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
  5. Meantime I prepared stuffing. - Add curd, gramflour, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder coriander powder, mango powder, turmeric powder,  black pepper powder, bread crumbs and cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Marinate mushrooms in it for 10minutes. - Now stuff mixture in mushrooms and keep aside.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil on pan, first cook stuffed side on slow gas low flame for 7minutes. - Flip and cook  mushrooms for another 5 to 7minutes.
  8. Transfer it in plate and garnish grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  9. Serve as a starter, snack or side dish.
