- Grab a handful of tortillas and slowly drop one by one into the oil careful not to overlap. They will puff up very quickly. When the edges start getting golden brown take out and drop on your plate. They take about a minute maybe a minute and thirty seconds. They're real fast.
- Once on a plate sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Repeat for remaining tortillas. When all are done you can place then in a container and cinnamon if you have any remaining mixture throw that on top. Place the lid on your container and shake gently to disperse mixture evenly. You can serve them with honey if you like. You'll be surprised how fast they'll disappear!
