- Rest the dough for 30 mins. - Take a medium size ball from dough and flatten them with rolling pin to make roti.
- Heat the tawa. Cook the roti till it turns golden brown and flip it to the other side.Cook from both sides and keep aside.
- For stuffing - Heat oil in pan, add ginger and garlic, sauté till it turns golden brown in colour. Add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add tomatoes, sauté this till they are soft and pulpy.Add coriander, cumin, pav bhaji powder, fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Add tomato puree and mix again. Now add mushroom and cook again for 5-7 mins.
- Add salt and sugar, saute again. - Lastly add cream and coriander, mix well. Transfer mixture to bowl.
- For assembly - Take prepared roti and fill it with mushroom stuffing.Roll it tightly and wrap it with aluminum foil.Serve.
