  1. Provide 3 lb chuck pot roast
  2. Take 1 12 cup beef broth
  3. Take 6 small baby red potatoes; halved
  4. Provide 2 cups baby carrots

  6. Take to taste garlic salt
  7. Provide to taste ground pepper
