- You need lamb ribs cut into small pieces
- Take tblspn tomato paste
- You need crushed tomatoes

- In a large bowl with lamb, season with salt and pepper add flour and combine to coat every piece. Meanwhile heat a cast iron pot and add oil to it.
- Add lamb pieces to the pot in batches to brown each side of every piece, roughly 2minutes each side. Repeat the process until the last batch and remove to set aside.
