- Provide 2 large carrots
- Get Pinch salt
- Get Pinch sugar
- Provide Nob of butter/olive spread
Instructions to make Glazed Carrots:
- Top, tail and peel carrots. I cut into battens.
- Bring to boil in cold water, uncovered. Boil for 5 mins, drain water and refill with cold water. Add salt, sugar& butter/olive.
