  1. Prepare oats (quaker is my favourite one to use!)

  1. Begin the process a few hours before you want to eat them! I tend to make these just before bed to have them for breakfast in the morning.
  2. Put the oats in a bowl/tupperware. Add in soy milk such the oats are comfortably covered but not drowning. Add in your flavourings/fruits/berries, mix and pop in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. For this particular recipe, I added in the berries while putting the oats together. After letting it sit in the fridge overnight, I covered it with chopped bananas and granola to get a bit of an extra crunch in the morning! Yum delicious!

Protein packed and a great energy source to start your day. Overnight oats, on the other hand, only require you to mix the oats with water and let them hang out together in the fridge overnight.
